Guidelines for Abstracts

All abstracts must be written and submitted in English using MS Word 2007 or later version adhering to the following format:

• Length: Maximum 250 words.
• Format:
  • Title: Bold, sentence case.
  • Author(s): Full name(s), affiliation(s), and email of the corresponding author.
  • Abstract body: One paragraph, includes justification, objectives, methodology, results & discussion, conclusion. Should be clear and concise.
  • Units: SI units, no equations.
  • Keywords: Maximum 5 keywords.
• Font Size & Style: Times New Roman, 12, single-spaced, justified.
• File type: Word document (.doc/.docx).
• Paper size: A4
• Margins: Left 3 cm, other sides 2 cm.

Submission Process

Submit abstracts via email to gtog2025.slcarp@gmail.com (Please note your research area in the subject of the email).

• Deadline for abstract and extended abstract submission: 20th October 2025
• Notification of acceptance: 05th November 2025
• Camera-ready copy of the abstract submission: 15th November 2025

Presentation Format

• Selected submissions will be invited for oral or poster presentations.
• Detailed guidelines for presentation will be provided after acceptance.
